Principal's Message

 

The 2026-2027 school year at West Stanly High School brings excitement and opportunities for our students and staff.  We appreciate and value our students and families and will strive to do what is best for the students each and every day.

 

West Stanly has a long-standing tradition of excellence and our goal is to continue to engage students and offer a variety of opportunities as a true comprehensive high school.  The changes and challenges of public education are ever-present, but the staff at West will maintain a focus of strong daily instruction along with student engagement and involvement.

 

I look forward to maintaining and building positive relationships with our students and families that make West Stanly the high quality school it is today.  We said goodbye to the Class of 2026 in May as we celebrated their accomplishments and achievements and are excited to welcome the Class of 2030 to campus as they begin this incredible journey at West Stanly High School.  As the school year progresses, please let us know of ways to improve and better serve our families and community.  Thanks again to our parents and community for the continued support.
