Thank you for stumbling upon my page! I'm very excited to be teaching Civics Literacy and Yearbook.
I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and attended Appalachian State University, where I obtained a Bachelor's in Science in History, Secondary Education with a concentration in European History, and a minor in Art History. I completed a Master's in Peace and Conflict Studies through UNC-Greensboro in May of 2020.
This year will be my 13th year at West Stanly. In past years, I've coached women's and men's soccer, taught percussion for the Marching Colts, and led student trips overseas. If you're interested in the opportunity for travel, please feel free to reach out!
