The internet issues we have experienced over the last two days were related to an issue with our internet service provider. After working with them for the last two days, the issue has been identified and resolved.
Starting tomorrow afternoon, our content filter will change from iBoss to Zscaler. This should be a smooth transition, but you may be prompted to sign into the filter. This is a one time process as long as the profile stays on the device. The link below will show you what this process looks like as well as how you would log in. Please review this video so you will know the process once you are prompted to log into the filter on your Chromebook.
