URGENT REMINDER!
December 30th, 2020 -Deadline for required health related documentation for ALL students enrolled in our schools. Required documentation must be provided by December 30th, 2020.
This is a state requirement for ALL students attending face to face instruction AND remote learning students.
● Health Assessments and Immunizations for all Kindergarten students and transfers in ALL grades enrolling in a NC Public School for the first time
● For 7th graders, there is an immunization requirement for Tdap and the Meningococcal vaccine.
● NEW for the 2020-21 school year, 12th graders are required to receive a second dose of the Meningococcal vaccine.
Make appointments as soon as possible to meet the requirements.
After the December 30th deadline, your student will be excluded/suspended from school, and will not have access to seated or canvas classes.
This deadline falls during the Christmas/Winter Break. Please work to get documentation to the school prior to our last day at school, December 17th. It is important you keep any scheduled appointments.
