Mrs. Farmer's Math Class
I am excited to be in 20th year teaching and my 15th year here at WSHS! I taught for five years in Union County at Forest Hills High School and came to West Stanly in 2009. I am an alumnus of West Stanly and I love the community that is still thriving here! I attended Wingate University where I received my B.S. in Mathematics and Education in 2004. I earned my Master's Degree in Instructional Technology in 2011 through East Carolina University. I also achieved National Board Certification in Secondary Mathematics in 2009 and renewed it in the 18-19 school year. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate degree at the University of South Carolina; my program is Curriculum Studies and Innovation with a concentration on Technology Integration.
