- Compare admission acceptance letters and financial aid packages.
- Apply for educational loans, if needed. Limit the amount that you borrow; you will have to pay it back.
- Send in your enrollment deposit to hold your spot at the college that you choose.
- If not accepted by the college of your choice, or by your other schools, use the CFNC Redirection Module at CFNC.org for more options.
- Remember, you can always earn an Associate's degree from a community college, and transfer all your credits to the four year public college of your choice!
- Discuss with your counselor how your final transcript will be getting to your college of choice- either through the Common App, CFNC, etc.
- Send in your final CCP college transcripts to your college of choice so your college credits can be applied to your transcript there.
- If planning on attending community college, check with them about if you are required to take any placement tests.
